How do I get to Hotel Urthaler?

When can I check in to Hotel Urthaler?
Your room will be available for you from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival. Early check-in is available upon request and for a fee.
What time do I need to check out on my departure day?
We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 11 a.m. on your day of departure. Late check-out is available upon request and for a fee.
Are dogs allowed at Hotel Urthaler?
Yes, your four-legged friend is very welcome here. We charge €35.00 per pet per night (without food). Please note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant.
Is tourist tax charged?
Yes. Tourist tax is charged in all municipalities in South Tyrol. This is charged separately and amounts to €3.50 per night per person (from 14 years old).
Can I smoke at Hotel Urthaler?
In Italy, smoking is prohibited in public spaces, which also applies to our rooms and suites. You are welcome to smoke in our cosy Cigar Lounge and on the balconies.
What is the cancellation policy at Hotel Urthaler?
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of €30.00.
- Between 29 and 15 days before arrival, we charge 20% of the booked stay.
- Between 14 and 3 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booked stay.
- From 2 days before arrival or in the case of no-show or early departure, we regret that we have to charge the full rate for your booked stay.
To avoid having to pay unpleasant fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
