Alpe di Siusi is a nature paradise and part of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage. Driving to Alpe di Siusi, Europe’s largest Alpine pasture, is restricted. On your days of arrival and departure the road can be used at any time. During your stay your car should not be used from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Arrival by car:
From the North: Exit the A22 Brenner motorway at Chiusa, follow the national road towards Bolzano and turn left at Ponte Gardena. Follow the signs to Siusi and Alpe di Siusi. The Seiser Alm Urthaler is directly on Alpe di Siusi in the village of Compaccio to your left.

From the South: Exit the A22 Brenner motorway at Bolzano Nord and follow the national road towards the Brenner. At Prato all’Isarco turn towards the Sciliar region (left
tunnel). Follow the signs to Fiè and on to Siusi. The approach to the Alpe is between the villages of Siusi and Castelrotto. The Seiser Alm Urthaler is directly on Alpe di Siusi in the village of Compaccio to your left.

By train:
Please let us know the arrival time of your train. We are happy to arrange a taxi or a shuttle service from the railway stations Chiusa, Ponte Gardena or Bolzano.

By plane:
The following airports are nearby: Bolzano 35 km | Verona 150 km | Brescia-Bergamo 180 km | Innsbruck 120 km | Munich 270 km | Milan 320 km. There are several daily shuttle buses to South Tyrol from the airports of Munich, Verona, Bergamo, Milano Linate and Milano Malpensa. Alternatively, we are happy to arrange private transfer for you (chargeable).
