Hotel guests at the Urthaler Restaurant can enjoy delicious gourmet menus, speciality buffets and tasting sessions. It goes without saying that specific requirements, diets and nutritional habits can be catered for. And for those who want to be pampered culinary especially, we offer a la carte dining in the evening in our restaurant “Jägerstube”. On the restaurant bill 15 euros per person are credited to you.Try the treat of the slightly different cuisine - enjoy unique flavors and tastes that you find nowhere else.
Restaurant guests in the Jägerstube can sample a small yet refined menu at lunchtime. The menu changes each week and combines newly inspired treats from South Tyrol with an international slant. In the evening, guests can choose from multiple course gourmet menus and sample wines selected by our sommelier Angelika Gögele.
